Fundación Intervida guarantees the protection and security of all personal information submitted through its Web page.

In accordance with the LSSICE (Law 34/2002 of July 11th on Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services) and the LOPD (Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on the Protection of Personal Data), we inform you that:

  • 1. Fundación Privada Intervida, with legal address at c/Pujades, 77-79 4ª, 08005 in Barcelona, Fiscal Identification Number (CIF) G-60541554 and registered as number 790 in the Registry of Private Foundations of the Generalitat of Catalonia, is a member of the Spanish Confederation of Foundations.
  • 2. Fundación Intervida is responsible for the automated personal information file, registered in the Data Protection Agency under number 2020800059, whose purpose is to facilitate the maintenance and management of the relationship with its users, as well as information and training tasks and the commercialization of our services and related activities.
  • 3. In order to provide its services, Fundación Intervida requires essential basic information, including: first and last names, address, postal code, user’s telephone, e-mail, ID number and bank information, which is provided either on-line of through subsequent telephone contact. The foundation will also request information such as profession, age and household status, which are only used for statistical purposes. The personal information provided to us by users is always sent through a secure connection, for which we have the VeriSign Secure Server Certificate.
  • 4. Users wishing to do so can exercise their rights to access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of this data by sending and written and signed request containing the following information: first and last names, address, a photocopy of his or her ID or passport and a petition in which the request is specified. This request should be sent to the following address: c/Pujades, nº 77 - 79 4º 1º, 08005 Barcelona - Spain.
  • 5. Fundación Intervida is committed to fulfilling its duty to keep personal information private and will adopt the necessary measures to avoid the alteration, loss and non-authorized use of or access to the information in accordance with the Security Measures Regulation governing automated files containing information of a personal nature, passed by Royal Decree 994/99 on July 11th.
  • 6. Fundación Intervida will not sell, share or rent users’ personal information. On occasion, Fundación Intervida may directly send users information on our collaborating entities.
