You can leave as a legacy anything that is in your name, ranging from money to stocks to property, such as:

  • A fixed quantity of money or a percentage of the value of your entire patrimony.
  • Stocks or bonds.
  • Works of art, jewelry, stamp collections, furnishings, etc.
  • Apartments, houses, land, etc.

You can choose a specific project or community to leave your legacy to. If you are a sponsor, you can even leave your legacy to your sponsored child’s community, indicating how you want this to be applied.

We recommend that you visit your notary or lawyer for guidance, since you should expressly indicate in your will that Intervida is to receive the asset(s) you wish to leave as a legacy, indicating the following information:
